Abandoned Inventory Policy

UPDATED MARCH 22 2018

Inventory will be considered abandoned if:

  • Product cannot be traced back to an customer, and is not claimed within 30 days of its receiving.
  • A client does not pay an outstanding invoice, or does not provide shipping labels, within 30 days of the invoice being issued.
  • A client does not answer our emails regarding an order for 30 days or more.

We will donate inventory to local charities when possible.
